At first, I felt so welcome and that it was a fun place to work. They sang my praises and acted like everything was copacetic, but as soon as I started to have a voice then I was let go. I would have been fine if I had just gone along with whatever they wanted, but when something is wrong then I feel a person has the right to speak up. While I worked there, the employee turnover was quite high. Working here did teach me how to think on my feet and how to interact with an assortment of people, but that isn't enough for what I need for a job. When they can implement policies to better protect their staff, stay consistent, and not make major changes on a whim then it may be a better place to work than when I was there.
