Golder constantly tells employees how lucky they are to be working there, however I'm not convinced. It takes more than money and benefits to make a job enjoyable and at Golder you're little more than a number contributing to their bottom line.

The management in this company really does not know how to communicate with the staff on the same levels. They checked and timed on every little thing you do.

Chargeability is king and not talked about or in the control of the employee. Very quick to layoff.

I had a very similar experience. They promote growth and team culture but when you're a team player and friendly they look at you as if your odd. All they care about is chargeable hours.
