I worked for this company. They are totally irresponsable for environmental control. We were using really harsh chemicals which included DCM, methylene chloride, acids, and so many more. We would use gallons of these chemicals mixed into thick pastes, and then power-wash it all off into the storm drains. In Vancouver the city paints pictures of fish on storm drains where it leads out to fish habitats. We were told to just wash the chemicals down the storm drain, that the chemicals would be diluted from all the water and this would be fine. Its not! They have been written up and reprimanded for several municipalities. I guess fines are just a cost of doing business. When I brought up my concerns I was chewed out and yelled at. I do not tolerate people and companies that disregard not only government environmental regulations but total moral sense.
