Great Clips is the worst employer I have ever worked for. I have tried giving them two chances in ten years and no difference. It's slave labor basically. They pay people awfully low wages, offer little to know benefits in any way. As franchises go its a very shady place. The amount of drama and unethical, immoral behavior that goes on is disturbing. Corperate Great Clips is no better. A very poorly run corporation as a hole. Save yourself the hassle and never ever work for these people. Go to Sports Clips instead.
