Effectively promotes a healthy work/life balance. IT vision is ahead of the curve with interesting projects and new technologies. Good benefits, vacation days structure. Great group of people to work with. Downside is some departments are very contractor heavy and landing a F/T position is very difficult; the other side to that is there is probably not a better place to land a contract job.
