GSK used to be a great place to work. Recently, we have undergone a major shift in our ways of working, and since then it has been a terrible place to work. Managers play favourites, and Bonus and recognition are no longer based on results, but rather administrative tasks, whose ass you kiss, and how well you play the game. No straight answers are available and the Executive Team will tell the reps whatever they feel they must in order to manage our expectations. Talented individuals are leaving by choice and getting down-sized, nobody feels that their job is safe. This has become a terrible place to work. Steer clear unless you have an MBA and/or plan on sleeping your way to the top.
