GSK Canada has regrettably deteriorated since 2012. Staff are over-worked and treated with disrespect. Work-life balance is non-existent due to ever-changing business strategy and poor direction. A speak-up culture is encouraged but when you do speak-up in a constructive and respectful manner, you are shut down. The "new ways of working" which is actually an over-complication of governance and compliance policies is creating confusion and paralysing the company, which is reflected in poor financial performance. There has been an ongoing loss of top talent and this exodus is continuing. It is a shame to see a company which was once a great place to work at deteriorate to such an extent in such a short period of time.
