I worked for this company for over 4 years. It used to be a great place to work, but it became hell of an environment very fast. If you have a bachelor degree and you work in your field it's ok. But if you look at the production side: Peoples are leaving because they see no future. You can only dream of becoming a permanent worker. One thing is sure, when you work at GSK your future is uncertain. Production employees are nothing but numbers and the boss plays sudoku with them. The pay is good, but I would never recommend someone to work there. But if you want your life to become a mess try it.
