I have Worked in the Material Management Area for 5 years.I have seen a downward slide in the Management Skills and the way they treat you as an employee .If you work there expect to get written up for every mistake no matter how small,no team work, no morale and you will never ever be told you are doing a good job.If you try to make any changes including talking to management about any type of problem you will be labeled as a trouble maker.then your problem will just be starting.STAY AWAY FROM THIS EMPLOYER.
