Concentrated on profit. Low respect for the working class (Almost no training, no bonuses, salary increases not based on performance). I have to admit that we have good social benefits. Promotion almost only available to employees with contacts in upper management. This company was great to work in the 80s, but the mentality has not changed since. Could be much more profitable and well managed.
