This company offers little chance to move up within the store. Employees are treated as if they are invisible until they make a mistake, and the communication between department/store managers and other employees is virtually nonexistent. They will give you very minimal hours and expect you to accept it, and will consider any other business a competitor no matter the type of store. If you like people and having busy work days, don't apply here. If you like getting paid terribly to do nothing, go right ahead.
