Too many changes that are done with no results. Employees are not considered in decisions, military atmosphere!!!! Would not recommend HSBC to anyone, work for any other major bank.

The bank is no better, same terrible atmosphere and treatment of employees. HSBC Bank Canada used to be a great place to work. Not anymore. 95% turnover in my team in 2 years, and I am about to make it 100% today.
