There is a problem with double standards, some employees can do whatever they want because they are the special one the favorite. Management looks the other way when rules are broken by some employees, and special rules apply to others. Example aux employees complain about not enough hours and get as many or more than full time employees.

Too much preferential treatment is geven to those from "designated groups" who disrespect coworkers and customers with little consequence and have make the company look bad.
