1) Management is out of touch with the employees and reality. 2) Management love it when you suck up to them. 3) Some of the management lack managerial and people skills. 4) Business hours being significantly reduced. 5) Sales associates being required to multitask in two or more departments due to lack of available staff. 6) Sales associates working too much for a lot less. 7) HBC is lost in the retail world and out of touch with the consumers. Given these points, one begs to ask the question why HBC is still in business. Time to pull the plug...
