The bay caused me so much mental distress that i'm now on medication. They coudnt provide the most basic human rights. Management fails to provide adequate oversight for new staff, damaged/defective equipment, deplorable store conditions. support and resources provided were ineffective. no compassion or care for long term staff, NO RAISES!! EVER!! they are condescending and manipulative, no apathy. we literally had our mens and womens bathrooms closed with a deadbolt for months, and for the entirety of my employment our escalators and elevator never functioned. they couldn't even be bothered to provide accessibility to customers never mind staff.
