Small security company with limited vision. Labour Relations skills very low, although they are aware of the ESA but do not let it interfere with business. Wonderful office space but underutilized due to limited managerial staff. Educational facilities nice, but incapable of utilizing them due to limited office staff. Do not expect to get a raise, ever. Very few contracts, limited mostly to Loss Prevention contracts. Security staff move about constantly due to limited placement Scheduling done by hand without computers for most part due to lack of computer skills of management Website is over a year out of date.
