• Poor management structure, there is no room to expand within the company. It is difficult to obtain any training, scheduled workloads with no room to negotiate, it was not a very comfortable environment to work in. • As a former employee, I tell everyone that INSTACLICK is a great company with excellent management, products and services. They do business with are receiving a tremendous amount of value for what they receive and I know from personal experience that sales managers at each "light up" when they receive tools that make them more effective. The planners also love the clicking tools because they are given a much more real tour of the facilities. And the bosses are both fun and caring! • I've worked at Insta for a few years. It is a real leader in its field, with quality resources and great people. The culture is a very positive one for the most part. In any company with 3,000+ people there are going to be parts that are less effective, but the area that I work in is excellent. People are friendly, the management is supportive and recognizes contributions. Friends from other companies regularly ask if there are any openings at Insta and I recommend it very highly. Small things like free pop and juice, first/third Fridays off every month, competitive salary, benefits and now even a defined benefit pension option. I have been fortunate to work for good companies with great people all my professional life, but Insta is really hard to beat. • I've really enjoyed my time at Instaclick. The culture is mirrored in the mission statement of, "Inspiring Canadians to Live". Everyday I enjoy talking to people for a living. The pay is standard to the sales industry at the full time level. The managers treat people with respect and dignity. I really enjoy the flexibility in my schedule even as a full time employee. There is a lot of learning in this environment. I've never been bored working here. • IC is a wonderful place to work at. It's small enough to feel involved and yet big enough to have the resources to treat it's employees well. The management recognizes your efforts and evaluations are very personalized and thorough. • Reading these posts I feel like I work at a different company. There's great buffer between us in the trenches and upper management. Actually, I don't see them often on the floor. Work-life balance is the best I've experienced in any interactive agency. Late evenings are not common, unless we're nearing a launch, and I've never heard of working a weekend. The company treats us great! As for the others on with me on my team, its the best bunch of people I've ever worked with. Super talented and every day I feel like I learn something new. And we're doing it in Agile! Happy to be with a great group of people. Again, take these posts with a grain of salt. • This company will allure you with glitz & glamor and niceness at fist but, give it time and the true colors will show. They are unorganized, incompetent and unhealthy for workers. • This is the most disorganized shop that I have ever worked in. I was hired as a supervisor and asked to turn things around in the clicking section.
