Reading these posts I feel like I work at a different company. There's great buffer between us in the trenches and upper management. Actually, I don't see them often on the floor. Work-life balance is the best I've experienced in any interactive agency. Late evenings are not common, unless we're nearing a launch, and I've never heard of working a weekend. The company treats us great! As for the others on with me on my team, its the best bunch of people I've ever worked with. Super talented and every day I feel like I learn something new. And we're doing it in Agile! Happy to be with a great group of people. Again, take these posts with a grain of salt. Its interesting what some disgruntled people will say.
