What can I say; Instaclick is a great company to work for. From the management team down to the junior designers, everyone is extremely supportive of one another and they all work well as a team. The atmosphere is extremely laid back and not typical for a large office environment. The employees are required to stay at their desks for the entirety of their shift. In fact, we were always encouraged to get up and discuss ideas with each other, the idea being two heads were better than one. Every project that came into Instaclick had a team assigned to it, but the work was never just limited to those employees. If anyone had a thought or idea about the project, they were encouraged to share it with the project team. This is something that is almost unheard of at other companies. It really made me feel better knowing that if I had a thought or an idea about a client’s project that I wasn’t assigned to that I could share it with the team. I’ve never worked at a company that was really a team. Most of the companies that I’ve worked at you were kind of set off on a task and left there to complete it alone. Working at Instaclick was a really nice change. The management team was also a nice change from other management teams that I’ve worked with at previous companies. They were very open and receptive to suggestions and they also participated in the initial brainstorming sessions when a new project came into the company. All of the management from the supervisors up to the CEO were really supportive and did what ever they could to help you be successful on every project that you worked on. They really wanted to make sure that they could help their employees succeed, even if that meant losing them to other companies. I wish that I could stay and Instaclick for the remainder of my career, but I have to relocate to another state that Instaclick doesn’t reside in. I will also look back at my time at Instaclick and be thankful that I was able to be apart of such a wonderful company and will never forget the amazing people that I got to collaborate with.
