J'y ai travaillé près de trois ans dans le département d'informatique et je me demande encore pourquoi j'en suis partie. Ma supérieure était très humaine et compréhensive, cependant la haute direction laisse parfois à désirer. Certaines mauvaises décisions se prennent sans aucun respect pour les employés concernés. En règle générale, ça n'influence pas le day-to-day, mais il arrive que oui et alors, c'est très dérangeant. Par contre, mon emploi était intéressant et varié, les conditions de travail très bonnes et l'ambiance généralement bonne. C'est dommage que le syndicat se soit imposé, ce n'était pas nécessaire du tout, très peu de gens au département d'informatique le souhaitait.
