Worked as a summer student a couple years back in the Calgary office. Manager was incompetent, completely lacked any communication or interpersonal skills, gave solely statistical feedback and in general, made the overall experience horrible. Pulled me aside during the last hour of my very last day to non-constructively criticize me by telling me everything I did wrong without a hint of applause or gratitude. Besides that, the adjusters, CSR's and other non-managerial staff were very nice, welcoming and much more helpful in comparison. Overtime hours are expected, but the pay compensation is decent. Okay amenities but a close walk to anywhere downtown and easy to get to by train.
