I have been working for over 22 years. I worked in many countries, many companies and in many different domains. I usually change jobs every two years, but have been with Intact for over 7 years. Our team has had 3 people leave for reasons other than not being happy out of 30. I am not management, I am an employee that works average of 3 weeks every 2 weeks, but can work with management to create the perfect balance with work and family life. Very well compensated for the work I do and I don't know of many companies that still offer a full pension plan! In my experience this is the best company I have worked for and plan to continue for many years to come.
