Was working for over 6 years. Way too much work for the amount of pay. Alot of useless meetings and redundant work. The leadership is only composes of one type of people and mostly francophone, lack of diversity and did not felt welcome as an anglophone. 2 of my 4 previous teams were straight toxic. One of my director completely changed attitude with me the moment I've put in my resignation.
