I have been with Intelligarde since August 2015 and so far i can say i'm satisfied with how the company works. The pay is not always great just like any other security company but you should know that when you sign up for this type of job. Management is really helpful with concerns you may have and treat the employees properly. The scheduling department does its best to accept day off requests and usually finds a way to match your schedule and your needs. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to get some experience in this field.
