This organization uses every tactic to obtain a subservient employee base. Bullying and harrassment is promoted and used in all aspects of employee submission. Management and the HR department use Nazi style interrogation style harrassment. I have experienced 3 hour intense grilling in a small room with no windows. I describe it as psychological torture.

It is still going on. Belittling is the favorite of managers and supervisors. Bullying is the working environment because the managers make it a cut throat atmosphere. Sad. They promote to the public that every person matters...certainty not the employees. Discrimination, and bullying, and belittling is the managers play. How sad.
