  • I only lasted a few months, there is high employee turnover. If you were raised with morals and ethics this is not the employer for you. The customer is nickled and dimed and the employees are given unreasonable expectations. It is a low accountability environment with almost no repeatable process. Customer turnover is not quite as high as employee turnover but it is definitely higher than what is normal in this industry.
