Single worst employer ive ever had its the owners. They are selfish rude and extreme. I worked 60hr weeks for the summer and saw no validation for my hard work but was met with complaints and micromanaging. Nobody has stayed more than a year on boat crew for many years and bosses are rude to customers. Dont work here it is not worth your time ( too bad because coworkers and job itself is awesome)
