I will not recommend La Vie En Rose as an employer. Too much micro-managing from the RSM in my district and too many unrealistic demands and time constraints. I gave up a great deal of family/personal time to have a pay cheque. I did everything I was required as manager only to be let go due to "no longer being La vie En Rose material", then I find out after I was hired that the last manager quit as did another manager and then a visualizer.....all working for/with the same RSM (and I was told by all of them the RSM was the key factor they decided to leave) and I think that perhaps a look ought to be taken to the RSM'S managing style, either the wrong people are being hired to run the stores or the RSM is the common denominator.
