The La Vie en Rose I work at is horrible. All they care about is sales, sales, sales. I have never gotten a raise. There are so many staff issues that are not dealt with. Staff are always fighting with each other, on the sales floor. We have been promised commission so many times and have never been given it, yet they still push us to make sales. Our management team is really awful, and cant handle running a retail store.
