My time spent at La Vie en Rose was a strange transition. What started off as a positive work environment quickly became negative. The pay was low and the sales targets were hard to get because of the location. Always felt as if their were too many people on the floor. Was little to no recognition and clear favorites. Also had caught managers openly bad mouthing myself and other employees, instead of speaking to us directly.
