Très bon environnement de travail. Bonnes conditions de travail favorisant le développement de carrière. Mon gestionnaire me rencontre souvent pour discuter mes options de développement. La formation fait partie du plan obligatoire pour chaque employé. Dans chaque reunion trimestrielle, un compte rendu de la situation de la compagnie est présenté à l'ensemble d'employés de façon honnête et transparente. Dans l'ensemble, une experience très positive de travail.
