  • There have been instances where employees have experienced delays in pay and myself included have not receive payment of final wages upon separation from the company. Also employees have been required to participate in training sessions without receiving proper compensation for their time and effort. As well there is a lack of organization and clear communication regarding employee schedules has resulted in confusion, inefficiencies and scheduling conflicts. Also Employees have often been faced with abrupt last-minute shift changes or requests without notice at times, which can disrupt personal plans and cause inconvenience. Furthermore the employer did not adhere to the terms in the employee contract upon separation and have been outstanding payments in final wages to which employer refuses to pay.
