While a wonderful company to work for in terms of culture and purpose, Libro fails miserably when it comes to retaining employees. The main reason for this being under market salaries, sub-par benefits and lack of due process when it comes to increasing work load. This company experiences a high turnover rate and highly disengaged employees.
