This place is only worth investing the time you have left in school if you're a student and can't take on many work hours. There's very little chance of moving up and the higher ups seem to just slash positions instead of filling them with new staff when the old staff leave them. The pay method is a complete joke as you make as much as the next person no matter how long you've worked there. They try and say that getting booked for more shifts is the reward, but this logic and reward system quickly falls apart when the season is either busy or dead and you're getting the same hours as anyone else at equal pay. Work hours are insane at times with a complete seemingly complete disregard for local labor laws, leaving some staff working illegal hours. This is usually due to piss-poor staffing or staff hour management, for which the fault of said screw ups is seemingly never accepted by those who do the scheduling. Enjoy your stay as a server with plate-fulls of negative reinforcement to help boost your day and your work performance! Enjoy being verbally stripped down in front of many people in an unprofessional and insulting manner? Join the porter crew!
