  • Manwin is a great company to work for. This leading web company is in a growth period and offers many opportunities to those looking to work hard and prove themselves. Manwin is mainly a web and IT company and has both Adult and Mainstream departments and positions.

    It's become clear to me after a year there that the managers and HR at Manwin are working very hard to make the company more and more a rewarding work environment.

    Overall, across the company, Manwin offers a lot of growth opportunities, personal freedom, respect to its employees, good pay, and focuses on creating a rewarding work environment. You can come to work with peace of mind and a smile on your face. You have several things to look forward to at work BESIDES performing well at your job. Employees and management are friendly and down to earth and the company offers many perks to working there. Anytime a suggestion is made in regards to improving the work environment, even though I am in a junior position, I was heard out, encouraged to share my thoughts, and if agreed with the suggestions was immediately implemented.

    This is a HUGE web company and working in ONE department, or dealing with ONE person does not make you qualified to make a statement about the WHOLE company. How you feel about working there is definitely affected by your department, your managers, and the people you have to communicate with. Some departments offer dream jobs to those who have gone through schooling and university and are qualified; while other departments like the call centre or content department may offer comfortable office jobs on a desk and PC with kind managers to those who have an education and experience that could only get them jobs at McDonalds. Some managers are very experienced and are mentors to their employees, while some are have been promoted simply due to seniority. This is true to ANY organization.

    I definitely recommend getting into Manwin NOW while they are still growing. The number of openings and opportunities available now may not be available for long.

Looks like nobody has much regard for the management here, based on the negative reviews. A bad reputation, fake posts by managers, hmm ... would I want to go near a place like that ...

If you only want classy work, then ask there be a rating for classyness Of work on this site. I'm sure lots of jobs are not what a high class society would consider classy.

If you do accounting, HR, project management, IT, etc.. you still have that valuable experience ..

regardless for if you do it for online adult, online mainstream, a insurance company that would rather have you die than pay for your insurance, or an investing group that steals your life savings, or a charity that gives only 1% of its proceedings to those who need it, or a government who murders innocent civilians and causes fake wars, or a church that molests children.

Adult Entertainment is totally legal and a saint compared to some of the things i listed above. If you have a problem with it, I suggest you don't work there.

Also I would not want to work for an Employer as dull-minded as you. If an employer had a problem with Adult I would prefer not to work there.
