EVEN THOU MARRIOTT'S OVERALL GOAL IS COMMENDABLE, IT STILL LACKS THE PROACTIVE APPROACH TO ADVANCING MINORITIES TO HIGHER EXECUTIVE POSITIONS. AND ITS UNWILLING TO LET EMPLOYEES VOTE OR FORM UNIONS. THEY NORMALLY PANIC AT THE THOUGHT AND CALL THEIR CORPORATE LAWYERS TO DISSUADE AND DISCOURAGE SUCH ACTIONS. THEY HAVE ALSO ABANDONED LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OR CITIES BY OUTSOURCING THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS TO FOREING COMPANIES TO SAVE A BUCK. THEY WILL ALSO HIRE LOTS OF F1 AND J1 VISA HOLDERS TO SAFE ON TAXES AND THEN ENCOURAGE THOSE ASSOCIATES TO ILLEGALLY MARRY AND OFFER THEM SUPERVISORY AND MANAGERIAL POSITIONS AND LOWBALL WAGES.
