Everything goes into the managements ear and out the other. They don't take any employee's feedback and use it. They have branch manager's that don't know anything about the departments within their business unit. Managers from Head Office don't even participate in discussions or feedback with employees from the branch level. Bad communication and leadership at all levels.

truer words havent been typed. ask around and find out what kind of place this is. there is a reason they cant find people to work there
