MD is an outstanding place to work, where physicians are the #1 priority and staff genuinely want to help improve the lives of clients. Over the past 3-4 years there has been a strong influx of talent and a real evolution of the executive team. The unification of the regional staff and head office has been coming together, and there is a clearly defined purpose for the organization. Work/life balance is attainable, it is not at all an organization of slackers. There are a ton of development opportunities and the organization is small enough that there is a lot of exposure to senior management and your work can make a difference.
