L’employeur se vante d’offrir un salaire de 1$ de plus que le salaire minimum mais n’augmentera pas celui ci au fil des années malgré l’expérience acquise. Il offre de beaux congés (anniversaire) payés mais qui ne sont offerts qu’aux employés à temps plein alors que le 2/3 des employés sont à temps partiel (étudiants et retraités). La gestion de ressources humaines est déficiente car faite par des gens qui n’ont aucune formation en ce domaine.
