  • Ineffectual management is hurting this once vibrant work place.
    Internal politics have lead to an atmosphere of favoritism towards some employees. Personality conflicts have affected some staffing decisions. Having employees who are related by marriage have led to preference in how they are treated. Our establishment has a policy about hiring spouses and family. These policies have been set aside and the results among the staff have not been positive. Spouses in management are able to shield their spouse who works the retail floor and so it is nigh unto impossible to hold the worker to account for job performance.
