I resigned from Nortel last year. This company does not have adequate business direction to turn itself around, and the employees will pay the price. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Working for them now just means they'll lay you off later on. Nortel does not deserve any employees' best efforts. If they think it will save them a buck, they'll discard you like the peel off a banana.
