The Company is in constant change and are always struggling to define a profitable business model. The people are excellent and the flexibility is incredible for work-life balance. They leave you alone as long as you get your work done. Pay is fair. Senior Management appears unable to come up with a strong, profitable business model which leads to constant change and threats of layoffs if you are not based in a Low Cost Center.
