Nortel was great when I started there.... now after surving dozens of layoff rounds, they have decided to outsource our entire job function to India. Outsourcing has never been a good answer for anything and it will not be for Nortel either. Good luck to the people who still survive - but not good luck to the upper management - your cash cow is ending soon.
