Great place to work overall, if you can get over the stress of seemingly constant threat of layoffs. Awesome people, great atmosphere. VERY flexible work hours. The worst part is when you tell people you work at Nortel they have this "oh, poor you" attitude, which doesn't really reflect what people feel inside.
