It's too bad. 10 years ago this company used to be a great place to work for. But starting 8 years ago, it's been in continuous decline, and accelerating in recent years. For the most part the cause of this has been the upper management and executives. There is a definite lack of trust where we are told one thing, but then they and go do something different.
