I would recomend to avoid at all cost. This is a place where your career will stall with HR lying to you and taking back what they own you or promised you. You will pay to satify the greed of the executives and eventually may be laid off event if an overacheiver with no notice or any severance. Nortel has abused its employees in many ways. Nortel has destroyed lifes of so many families that is shameful.
