Great place to work. Of the pharma companies I have worked at in my career this one is by far the best. Unlike other places, if your work is sub-par, it will get noticed and there will be consequences. If you know what you are doing, and if you actually deliver, you will be recognized. Unlike Pfizer, Merck, Schering, BMS, this is a place where you cannot hide - which is GREAT for those at the top of our game. Others should apply elsewhere. Many pharma companies hide (and even promote!) their weakest players (Pfizer's model certainly does that!). Not the case at Novartis, I can proudly say!
