Environnement de travail privilégié comparé à d'autres industries. Bien que la charge de travail soit énorme, elle ne l'est pas plus que dans d'autres sociétés pharmaceutiques (échantillon de 3). Le plus gros problème reste la vision court terme de la division canadienne compte tenue du changement de leadership aux 18-24 mois ce qui n'est toutefois pas unique à Novartis.
