worst company. Autocratic culture where the swiss dictate what needs to be done. Everything is expected to be treated as most urgent, no tolerance for later deliveries. HR is almost non-existence, you get a North American number to call for questions. Senior Management has not ability to motivate or lead employees -they create an aggressive and punitive culture. No thanks for extreme hard work of long days, it is expected ! Swiss work all the time. Despite official vision, company's mantra is profit not quality.
