This company is just sad. No great talent in its head office staff. There is a lot of PR and talking about values and behaviour, but it is just that talk and absolutely nothing to back it up. The atmosphere is terrible, you work long hours only to prop up an “old boys club” that is groomed for promotion. These so called “high potentials” frequently have very little experience but yet are placed in high positions of responsibility. These same individuals are not about getting results, but instead about getting ahead and creating careers for themselves, frequently by stepping on the back of others. Absolutely no accountability for results. Time for another reorg. This time, maybe they should truly reorg and create something with strong talent for a strong future. This company needs it!
